Shipping

Shipping costs depend on the parcel size. Every item has a shipping size. If you order several items, we automatically charge the next larger parcel – e.g. two S items = size M.

Germany

Free standard shipping within Germany on orders from €55 (DHL, DPD, GLS, Hermes up to size L; size XL with DHL). Express: order Monday–Friday by 12 noon and we ship the same day; later orders ship the next business day.

Packstation & post office (Germany)

You can have your parcel delivered to a DHL Packstation or a post office. Choose DHL Paket at checkout, enter "Packstation" and its number as the street (e.g. Packstation 123) or "Postfiliale" and its number, and put your DHL Postnummer in address line 2. Sizes S–L fit into a Packstation, size XL goes to a post office. DPD, GLS, Hermes and DHL Express cannot deliver to a Packstation.

EU countries

Delivery to EU countries usually takes 2–8 business days depending on country and carrier. There is no customs within the EU.

All prices are final prices. Second-hand pieces are sold under the margin scheme (§ 25a UStG), so VAT is not shown separately. The exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch

We ship standard orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment. Once your parcel is on its way, you'll receive an email with tracking.

Payment

You pay securely through the Shopify checkout. The payment methods currently available are shown below and at checkout.

Returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods. Full details are in our Right of withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
